Who is this course for?
If you’re curious about becoming a better version of yourself – professionally and personally – this course is for you. Especially great for those headed into management, entrepreneurship, communication, or HR.
Is this a spiritual course?
Not at all. While we explore mindfulness, the approach is grounded in scientific frameworks like Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence Quadrant. It’s about real-world application – not mysticism.
Do I need to have done yoga or meditation before?
No experience needed. You’ll be introduced to everything with full guidance and zero pressure.
How is the minor assessed?
Through reflective and practical assignments like essays, seminars, industry reports, and a leadership action plan.
What about accommodation?
Most Mindful Leadership students stay in shared, modern accommodations with fellow IBM&E students.
